Return/Exchange Policy

Please note that regular priced unworn items are eligible for store credit within 7 days of the order delivery date.  Final sale items are not eligible for a return.  Final sale items include:

  • All items that were purchased on sale
  • All items purchased with an applied or automatic coupon

All returned items must be sent back in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.  Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive store credit.  Any worn or damaged items will be returned to sender.  All returned orders will be evaluated for eligibility of a return.

For exchanges, you have 7 days to exchange your item(s) for a different color or size.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we first want to apologize for this rare occurrence.  We can assure you that this matter is a priority that we are happy to resolve.  Please email photos of the damages or wrong item to info@hifowear.com HIFO must be notified within 2 days of delivery.  Any damages or wrong items reported after this grace period will be ineligible for return.

Store credits are valid for a lifetime. Store credits will be authorized via an e-gift card that will be emailed to you, once your return is quality controlled and approved.  We will update you every step of the way (via email).  Please allow 2-5 business days for returns to be processed.  We will email you when the return is received and within processing.

HIFO is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with returns whatsoever. The Customer is responsible for all fees associated with the transit of the item(s).
